I decided after spending the last six months in the gym it was time to start looking at training towards the swimming part of the test. To this end I have found an amazing coach at K2 Crawley called sally. I have joined the Monday night adult swimming sessions and committed to at least 6 sessions a week in the pool.
Sally is shortly going to provide me with a more structured plan of what to train and on what days from stamina work to technical and some speed session.
So far on day 4 of swimming I found it really hard but onwards and upwards.
